Combine a thrilling jet boat ride on the Waimakariri River with a return helicopter flight.

HELIJET- LOWER WAIMAKARIRI RIVER

After take-off, you will enjoy views of Christchurch City before your pilot whisks you away on a
ten-minute flight to the banks of the Waimakariri River.

Waiting for you will be the award-winning Alpine Jet Thrills team, ready to blast you down this magnificent
braided river at speed with their highly trained driver.

Then it’s back on board the helicopter for the return flight to base.

Includes 20 minutes of flying and 20 minutes on a jet boat (allow 1.0 hour).

HELIJET – UPPER WAIMAKARIRI RIVER

Departing our Christchurch base, you will fly low level along the braided shallows and up into the
Waimakariri Gorge to the Adventure Park base to your waiting Jet Boat.

Explore the Canyon on a 30-minute adventure safari following the river as it winds from the foothills of the
Southern Alps before winging your way back to the Christchurch Heliport.

Includes 40 minutes of flying and 30 minutes on a jet boat (allow 1.2 hours).
