Important Information for Pro Karts & Fun Karts Bookings

To ensure a smooth and timely experience, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign-In & Waiver:

• Upon arrival, head to the Driver Sign-In Area to complete the sign-in process and fill out the waiver.

• If you’ve never raced before, this step is essential to ensure you’re registered and ready to race.

2. Check-In at the Counter:

• After completing the sign-in and waiver, proceed to the Counter to confirm your booking and receive any additional instructions.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your booking time to ensure sufficient time for the sign-in, waiver, and check-in process.

Peak Period Booking Notice (26 December – 8 January)

Please be aware that between 26 December and 8 January, our venue operates at peak capacity and some delays may occur.

Our online booking system does not link directly to our live queue control system. This means that at times, rides may already be sold at the counter or allocated to races when an online booking is made.

Last-minute bookings (within 2–3 hours of your selected time) may not receive priority, may experience delays, and may not run exactly at the booked time, especially if rides have already been sold or races are underway.

During busy periods, additional delays can also occur simply due to high demand on the day.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during our busiest time of year and will always do our best to get you on track as soon as possible.

During the peak summer holiday period and other peak times, we reserve the right to change your option to suit the flow of our queue better, E.g. In extreme peak times we often only run 10-minute rides, so 15 minutes would be changed to 10 minutes or you may be given the option to upgrade to two 10-minute rides. Also, 2 x 15 rides would be changed to 3 x 10 minutes.
